Freeze your herbs

Did you know you can freeze most herbs? As I prefer fresh herbs I used to buy herb pots and then only use a few leaves. Then life got in the way and I watered the pot too much, too little or simply forgot about it and eventually had to bin it. One day I discovered that you can freeze herbs like for chives, basil, parsley, cilantro and dill. Just wash them, chop them , put them in a container and freeze - easy!

Chop them finely and freeze in a tupperware container.
