Smoked paprika powder is one of my staple seasonings, especially when I am looking for a meaty and BBQ smoked flavour. Whether you are using it to season tofu, tempeh, stews, gulasch, sandwich spreads or other dishes, smoked tofu has a rich smoky flavour that's very versatile.
