Avocado mayonnaise

Vegan avocado mayonnaise is a lighter and much healthier version of it's dairy original. Gluten-free, full of good oils, omega 3 and general avocado goodness this is the perfect guilt-free dip for crackers, veggies and other savoury dishes.

My omni friend Chris loved the avocado mayo on oat crackers.





INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 1/2 avocados
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 5 tsp nutritional yeast
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/3 cup of water

METHOD:

Peel the avocado, deseed, roughly chop it up, put all ingredients into a food processor, blend and done! As easy as that! Enjoy!
