Savoury pistachio creme

- 100g pistachios
- 1/2 a vegetable stock cube
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Salt to taste
Put all ingredients into a blender with a bit of water (make sure you keep a few pistachio kernels for decoration) and blend well until you get a smooth creme. Only add the water little by little so the creme doesn't get too liquid. Depends on how salty you like it you might want to add a bit of salt to taste. To serve pour the creme into a small bowl or ramekin, chop up some of the pistachio kernels and sprinkle them over your creation.
