My vegan cranberry cheese recipe got over 3million views on Facebook alone. So that's definitely a crowd pleaser!
Back then I made the recipe with agar agar, but you can easily replace it with 4 tbsp corn starch and you get exactly the same consistency and taste. You just have to try this recipe, it's as delicious as it is easy to make!
VEGAN WALNUT PÂTÉ - EASY AND DELICIOUS
I have made this vegan walnut paté on so many occasions and people couldn't believe it wasn't made with meat. Weirdly the combination of walnuts with some other fairly easy to get ingredients created this super rich umami flavour everyone love. A great vegan starter for the festive table.
VEGAN SAUSAGE ROLLS - JUST LIKE GREGG'S
Ok, not quite as festive, BUT these are the perfect vegan replacement for pigs in blankets. You can even make them ahead, freeze them and then bake them whenever you fancy. RED CABBAGE WELLINGTON WITH ALMOND FETA
This is my latest recipe and a real treat! My red cabbage Wellington with almond feta is really easy to make and very indulgent. Who would've thought those ingredients would go together so well! I had fantastic comments and messages on my social media, so this vegan Christmas main is definitely one to try. Especially if you don't have a big budget or don't want to spend a lot of time in the kitchen or don't have a lot of kitchen equipment ready. After only about 40 min preparation time this baby is in the oven and your work done!
Easy vegan fish cakes
It's not the most traditional dinner in the UK, but elsewhere lots of people have fish for Christmas. So why not make a vegan version of it! These vegan fish cakes taste incredibly similar to the real thing and are also very easy to make. What better time tham the holidays for fried food (frying just makes everything so much better and it's allowed at Christmas, hehe).
Vegan Turkey Wellington with walnut gravy
Of course I also had to make a vegan version of turkey dinner! So this vegan turkey Wellington is a reat treat! So full of flavour and even better the day after. This is one of my favourite dessert recipes I ever made. So easy to make, yet so impressive. And the best is that it's actually much much lower in fat and calories than the original one. I didn't add any oil, or butter or fat, yet it's really creamy and indulgent.

That's how I roll, it's all about efficiency so you have more time with your loved ones - or for the tv ;-) This year was stressful enough, so make your life easier at Christmas!
