Vegan cranberry cheese
I have to say this is the best vegan cheese I've ever made. The flavours came out just perfect and the sweetness of the cranberries in combination with the savoury flavour of the vegan cheese is an absolute winner. This dairy-free cheese recipe is super easy and perfect for a vegan Christmas as well.
vegan cinnamon star cookies
What would Christmas be without vegan cookies? So I made vegan cinnamon stars, using only 6 ingredients you can get from your average supermarket. I was trying multiple times until I came up with a super easy to make recipe so anyone can make it. And of course they are egg and dairy-free as always.
Vegan stuffed zucchini with a cranberry pepper sauce
I've been experimenting a lot and finally came up with this really delicious and easy to make vegan Christmas recipe. Stuffed zucchinis (courgettes) with a delicious savoury and sweet sauce. And the best is I have used only simple ingredients you can get in any shop. So even if you are somewhere far from a health food shop you can still easily obtain the ingredients needed for this recipe. And it's even gluten-free!
Vegan apple strudel with home made custard
Coming from Austria I also share a big fondness for the former emperor's favourite dessert, Viennese apple strudel. In Austria we have it on it's own but here in England they serve it with custard which is a heavenly combination. So I came up with a vegan apple strudel version and a delicious and easy home-made vegan custard. From preparations to finish this dessert can be made within 30 minutes! What are you waiting for?
Vegan crème brûlée
This was another of the challenges I set myself, to create a vegan crème brûlée. It has no eggs, no dairy, is gluten-free and super easy to make. A perfect dessert for a special occasion and it is low in fat as well. The original is full of fat and my vegan version is much lighter, yet full of flavour.
Merry Christmas
