Walnut olive and artichoke spread
- A handful of mixed deseeded olives
- A handful of chargrilled artichokes in oil
- A handful of walnuts
- Some salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
Put all ingredients into a food processor and blend together. You might have to add a bit of water for it to blend better. Serve with tomato or other sliced veggies on top. Enjoy!
